Matthew Wambold (Matthew) appeals from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Aroostook County, Pierson, J.) affirming the judgment of the District Court (Caribou, Gaulin, J.) denying his motions to alter and for relief from a divorce judgment. Matthew's central claim on appeal is that (1) the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Act1 (the UCCJA) and the Parental Kidnapping Prevention Act
