OPINION

MORRIS, Justice.

Emma Easley Burgess appeals from a take-nothing judgment in her post-divorce lawsuit to partition real property. She argues Michael Easley's parents, H.L. and E.L. Easley, deeded the property in question to Michael during her marriage to him. She argues the property was community property as a matter of law. She maintains the trial court erred in not declaring her and Michael tenants in common and in not partitioning the property...
