The facts pertinent for this appeal are as follows: Plaintiff, Frank Ernest Vaughan, Sr., was a maintenance mechanic for defendant, J.P. Taylor Company, Inc. As a maintenance mechanic, Mr. Vaughan worked in the prize room area of defendant's tobacco manufacturing plant.
