This is an accelerated appeal from a temporary mandatory injunction order requiring that the Appellants move a dirt berm, or small levee from their property, which is adjacent to the Appellees. In two points of error, Appellants claim that the trial court erred when it granted the temporary injunction because Appellees did not prove irreparable harm, extreme hardship, or lack of an adequate legal remedy.
