This is an appeal from the trial court's dismissal with prejudice of a negligence and breach of the duty of good faith and fair dealing case brought against Appellee, Karl Perry Enterprises, Inc., d/b/a Goodtime Stores. In three points of error, Ruben Gutierrez, Appellant, complains that the trial court improperly sustained Appellee's special exceptions and dismissed Appellant's cause of action.
