Appellant challenges his conviction of criminal sexual conduct in the first and second degrees on the bases of improper venue, insufficient evidence and an improper evidentiary ruling. In his pro se brief, appellant also contends that certain convictions for lesser-included offenses must be vacated. Venue was proper and the evidence sufficient to support appellant's conviction.
