Appellant Northern Milk Products, Inc. terminated Darrell Randall's employment after receiving notice that he intended to claim a work-related injury. The employee brought an action against the employer for retaliatory discharge under the Workers' Compensation Act. Minn.Stat. § 176.82 (1992).
