OPINION

HUSPENI, Judge.

Convicted on three counts of second degree murder and acquitted on one first degree murder count, appellant claims that the trial court erred in admitting the testimony of two members of the clergy. We agree, but hold that the error was harmless. Appellant also claims that his case was prejudiced by the state's destruction of evidence and challenges the admission of Spreigl evidence...
