Defendant Richard Maldonado appeals from his conviction for possession with intent to distribute cocaine, a violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). Maldonado challenges the district court's denial of his motion to suppress evidence on the ground that his Fourth Amendment rights were violated.
