OPINION

SEERDEN, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a second summary judgment granted in favor of Cullen Bank/Citywest, N.A. ("the bank") on a suit to enforce two promissory notes. A prior summary judgment was reversed by this court for failure of the proofs to establish the commercial reasonableness of the bank's sale of the collateral that secured the notes.
