Pro se plaintiff, E. Carol Pittman, filed suit against her former employer, Correctional Healthcare Solutions, Inc. ("CHS"), alleging race, gender, and age discrimination. CHS has moved to dismiss the complaint pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6) for failure to state a cognizable claim. I will dismiss plaintiff's race and age discrimination claims, and one of two potential gender discrimination...
