This is an appeal of two orders of the lower court denying appellants' petitions to open and/or strike judgments by confession. We affirm.

In April, 1989, appellant Northwood Cheese (Northwood) entered into a loan agreement with appellee Dollar Bank and executed a promissory note in connection with this agreement.
