Pending before the court are the motions of defendants to dismiss plaintiff's amended complaint pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. This civil action arises from an incident which took place while plaintiff, Terry Long, was a member of The Pittsburgh Steelers football team. Long's urine was tested for the presence of anabolic steroids pursuant to a policy adopted by the National Football League...
