Royal Bank of Pennsylvania, the appellant, holds a judgment against Joseph and Tremayne Selig in an amount exceeding six million ($6,000,000.00) dollars. The Seligs are also indebted to Continental Bank for approximately fourteen million, eight hundred thousand ($14,800,000.00) dollars.
