The appellant appeals from the trial court's judgment in favor of respondent for breach of contract. Appellant and respondent are sisters both in their seventies. In 1974, appellant purchased a lot at Lake Waukomis for $11,000. The lot was titled in her name only. Respondent testified that she did not realize her name was not on the deed.
