This appeal is from a judgment for appellee, plaintiff in the trial court, on its claim of "misappropriation of confidential, trade secret and/or technical information" for a total sum of $17,500,000 which included $5,000,000 in attorney fees awarded against Stewart and Stevenson only. Each appellant has filed it's own brief; Stewart and Stevenson (S & S) brings a total of twelve points of error; Ohmstede, Inc. (Ohmstede)...
