Sylvia Ann Stallworth was indicted for the unlawful possession of cocaine, in violation of § 13A-12-212, Code of Alabama 1975. Stallworth entered a plea of not guilty to the charge. She then filed a motion to suppress evidence seized from the vehicle she was driving at the time of her arrest, as well as statements she allegedly made after her arrest.
