Defendant, Bryan Seddens, was convicted of first degree murder in violation of § 565.020 RSMo 1986. He filed a pro se Rule 29.15 motion to vacate judgment which was amended after counsel was appointed to represent him. The motion court denied relief without an evidentiary hearing.
