A jury found appellant William L. Greer guilty of attempted murder, a class A felony, Ind. Code Ann. § 35-41-5-1 (West Supp. 1994), § 35-42-1-1 (West Supp. 1988), and robbery resulting in serious bodily injury to another, a class A felony, Ind. Code Ann. § 35-42-5-1 (West Supp. 1994).
