This is an interlocutory appeal by the Commonwealth from orders of a Superior Court judge denying its motion to compel the appointment of an alternate keeper of records and allowing a motion to quash a grand jury subpoena directed to a closely held corporation. A single justice of this court granted the Commonwealth's application for an interlocutory appeal and ordered the case transmitted to the Appeals Court. We transferred the case here on our own motion...
