ROSENBERG, Justice.

Noah Charles Karnes, Jr. appeals his jury convictions for aggravated sexual assault of a child under fourteen years of age. The jury assessed an enhanced sentence of ninety-nine years' confinement and a $10,000 fine in each case. Appellant brings six points of error. Appellant contends that the trial court erred by (1) denying his motion to dismiss the indictments due to pre-indictment delay, (2) excluding admissible evidence...
