Plaintiff initiated this action to challenge Customs' refusal to reliquidate thirty entries of parts of jet engines and other parts of civil aircraft. Plaintiff moves for summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56 of the Rules of the United States Court of International Trade. Defendant cross-moves for summary judgment.
