The University of Minnesota denied tenure to Relator Anthony Chronopoulos. He appealed the administrative decision to the university's Senate Judicial Committee. The committee found no substantial need for a hearing and granted the university summary judgment. Chronopoulos obtained a writ of certiorari. On appeal, he argues that the decision to deny tenure violated university tenure rules and deprived him of his constitutional right...
