The Baileys appeal a final judgment dismissing their multi-count complaint against appellees, the defendants in their action for damages arising out of the alleged false arrest of Gregg Bailey, his subsequent malicious prosecution, and the violation of his civil rights guaranteed to him by the Florida Constitution and state law. We affirm the dismissal of all claims as to all appellees except Alachua County. We affirm the dismissal with prejudice...
