TAYLOR, Judge.

The appellant, Paul Brown, was convicted of murder. See § 13A-6-2, Code of Alabama. He was sentenced to 50 years in prison. The appellant's motion for a new trial was denied, and the appellant now appeals.

The state's evidence tended to show that the body of the victim, Tommy Roden, was found wrapped in a bloody sheet in the back of a pickup truck that had been parked behind an old, burned-out trailer...
