HAYS, Justice.

Appellant Bobby G. Thomas was charged by information with the first degree murder of Mary Thomas, his wife, and with possession of a firearm by a felon. The jury returned a verdict of guilty of murder and sentenced Thomas as an habitual offender to life imprisonment. We affirm the judgment of conviction.
