OPINION

CORNELIUS, Chief Justice.

Maximo Martinez appeals from his conviction for possession with intent to deliver cocaine weighing at least 400 grams. After a bench trial, he was sentenced to twenty years' imprisonment and a fine of $5,000.00.

Martinez contends that the contraband should have been excluded from evidence because it was obtained in an illegal warrantless search and that the evidence is insufficient to establish that he participated...
