Tyrone Wallace was tried by jury and was found guilty of two counts of aggravated assault and single counts of burglary and possession of an instrument of crime. Post-trial and supplemental post-trial motions were denied, and Wallace was sentenced to serve an aggregate term of imprisonment for not less than eleven (11) years nor more than thirty-two (32) years, to be followed consecutively by a five (5) year period of probation.
