On December 21, 1990, Leonard Haimes filed a voluntary petition for relief under the provisions of Chapter 7 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. On March 29, 1991, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), filed a complaint objecting to the debtor's discharge under several subsections of 11 U.S.C. § 727 (1988). Trial on the merits was conducted in West Palm Beach, Florida, on June 25 and 26, 1991...
