TOAL, Justice:

In this declaratory judgment action, State Auto Property and Casualty Insurance Company ("State Auto") sued to determine its responsibility for an automobile accident where Unisun Insurance Company ("Unisun") insured the driver under a non-owner policy and State Auto insured the owner of the vehicle. The circuit court found State Auto liable on its owner's policy. We affirm.
