Roy Frieberger1 appeals his 132-month sentence imposed by the District Court2 after he entered an unconditional guilty plea to one count of conspiracy to distribute more than 100 grams of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a) and 846 (1988). We affirm.
