Wrob, Jr. (Mike Wrob), and HEAT, Inc., were enjoined, for a period of five years, from competing with the respondents, Watlow Electric Manufacturing Company (Watlow) and its wholly owned subsidiary, Pacific Heater Corporation (Pacific).
