NEUMAN, Justice.

This appeal concerns a scholastically gifted but behaviorally troubled young medical student whose aberrant personality led him to fail the transition from classroom to clinic. He challenged the school's dismissal and the district court ordered his reinstatement, finding the school's decision revealed a lack of professional judgment. On our de novo review, we conclude otherwise and reverse.
