Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant contends that he was deprived of a fair trial by several allegedly improper comments that were made by the prosecutor while cross-examining the defense witnesses and during summation. We find that the majority of the challenges to the prosecutor's remarks are unpreserved for appellate review (see, CPL 470.05 [2]). In any event, the challenged remarks are, for the most part, fair response to the defendant...
