This is a Workers' Compensation case. Claimant/appellant is Steven Grimes. Respondents/appellees are North American Foundry and its carrier. Grimes sustained a compensable injury to his back on August 20, 1987. He received temporary total disability for three months and returned to his employment at the foundry on November 23.
