Carl E. Wollenburg appeals the suspension of his driver's license for failure to show proof of financial responsibility after he drove his pickup truck into the side of a Burlington Northern (BN) railroad car at a rural road crossing in Gage County.

Wollenburg's license was suspended by the Nebraska Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). Upon appeal by Wollenburg, that ruling was affirmed by the district court for Gage County. We affirm the...
