Plaintiff Manoj Kumar Patel, proceeding pro se, moves this court to stay all proceedings pending his appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit from this court's order dated October 18, 1993 permitting Gerald McMahon to withdraw as plaintiff's counsel and keep the $2,000 retainer fee.
