This appeal questions (1) the sufficiency of the evidence supporting the judgment of conviction for capital murder, and (2) whether the trial court erred in allowing a police detective to testify about a witness's selection of the photograph of appellant LaQuanda Jacobs at a photographic lineup. Both points raised are without merit, and we affirm.
