On April 29, 1991, Plaintiff Sherrie Hayes, a student at Gardiner Area High School, was seated on the floor against a wall in a school hallway near a fire extinguisher cabinet manufactured by Defendant Larsen's Manufacturing Company ("Larsen's"). Hayes was chatting with her boyfriend when the bell rang announcing the next period. At that point, she stood up to go to class, bumped her head on the bottom...
