This is an appeal from judgment of sentence for rape and related offenses. Appellant, Ronald Stansbury, presents the following questions for our review:

I. WHETHER THE TRIAL COURT ERRED WHEN IT REFUSED TO PERMIT APPELLANT TO INTRODUCE EVIDENCE THAT PUBIC HAIRS WHICH DID NOT BELONG TO EITHER THE VICTIM OR APPELLANT WERE FOUND ON THE VICTIM'S CLOTHING. II. WHETHER THE TRIAL COURT ERRED WHEN IT PERMITTED THE COMMONWEALTH TO INTRODUCE...
