This appeal is from a summary judgment in favor of defendants below, appellees Preston Towber ("Towber"), Hirsch & Westheimer, P.C. ("Hirsch"), and Bank One Texas, N.A. (the "Bank"). Appellant, Elliott Bossin ("Bossin") sued appellees for damages claiming false imprisonment, abuse of process, and negligence. Bossin's claims arose when he was taken into custody pursuant to a writ of attachment...
