The Debtor, Cadwell's Corners Partnership (the "Debtor" or "Cadwell's") is the owner of a strip shopping center subject to a first mortgage and assignment of rents held by Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company ("Mass Mutual"). Upon default by the Debtor, Mass Mutual obtained the appointment of a receiver in a state court foreclosure action. Soon thereafter, the Debtor filed this Chapter 11...
