This appeal arises from a medical malpractice case involving the administration of an injection. A jury ruled in favor of Margaret Rachel Evans and her husband, Bob Evans, and against Dr. G. Michael Haynie, Mrs. Evans' doctor. The jury awarded Mrs. Evans $20,000 in general damages, but declined to award Mr. Evans any damages for his alleged loss of consortium.
