On August 17, 1987, plaintiff, Thelma Collins, filed suit for damages incurred as a result of an automobile accident. Ms. Collins alleged that her vehicle and another automobile were involved in an intersectional collision. Named as defendants were Ronald Estrade, driver of the vehicle; Nora Livingston, owner of the vehicle and Motors Insurance Corporation, who is Ms. Livingston's automobile liability insurer and also Collins' uninsured/underinsured...
