OPINION

PER CURIAM:

This appeal on behalf of certain Dalkon Shield claimants (the Anderson claimants) challenges two provisions of Administrative Order No. 1 dated June 26, 1991, as amended July 1, 1991. Also, there intervened in this appeal certain other of the Dalkon Shield claimants who challenged an additional provision (the intervenors). We affirm in all respects the said order which was entered by the district and bankruptcy judges in the administration...
