Defendant pleaded guilty to the crime of murder in the second degree and was sentenced to a term of imprisonment of 20 years to life. We find no merit to defendant's argument that his plea allocution did not sufficiently establish the elements of the crime of murder in the second degree. Defendant contends that because he indicated in his colloquy with County Court that the victim's first gunshot wound was accidental, he would not be guilty of murder in the second degree...
