Appellee James McCarthy, the personal representative of the estate of Edith Mildred Ford, deceased, petitioned for a determination of title to real property, bank accounts, and other assets allegedly held in a constructive trust. Appellants Roy and Marjorie Ford, decedent's son and daughter-in-law responded to the petition.
