Rose Marie Ficarro1 brought this malpractice action against her former attorney, Patrick McCoy. Following a trial, the district court, sitting without a jury, entered a judgment for McCoy. Ficarro, appearing pro se, appeals from the judgment alleging certain errors. For the reasons stated below, we affirm.
