When Roscoe Williams saw plain-clothed police officers getting out of their unmarked cars, he took off running and threw away the weapon tucked in his waistband. A jury found him guilty of being a felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). Mr. Williams now appeals.
