Edmundo Barraza Delgado, Appellant, pursuant to a plea agreement, pled guilty to aggravated sexual assault. The trial court assessed punishment in accordance with the plea agreement at 20 years' imprisonment, the sentence to run concurrently with a similar sentence for a similar offense in cause no. 08-94-00040-CR, trial court no. 57137-34.
